Any task that will take 30 minutes or less is included in this plan. You can assign as many tasks to be completed on your website. These tasks can generally be handled within the WordPress admin panel of your website. For example adding or editing content like blog posts, WooCommerce products, pages, adding/changing menus and sidebar widgets, installing and activating plugins, changing colors of buttons, or any other website element, font style, font size, etc. Unlimited edits do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD (or other image files) to WordPress, or building out a new website on a subdomain.
If a task is going to take more than 30 minutes to be completed, we will let you know about it. We are happy to assist with more complex issues and discuss what kind of resolutions we can provide to best fit you or your client’s needs.
Our Plus and Pro plans cover unlimited 30 minutes tasks. We still support a reasonable number of extended-time tasks for our clients, however, we will discuss it with you if it happens too frequently. If you would like to know whether any specific task will be covered, you can contact us.
Before running any update process, we take backups of the website. If the unthinkable happens after an update process, we will have the backup insurance and we will restore the website in a matter of few minutes. Before restoring your website, we will find out the cause of why the website broke. If we do find out that an update to a plugin or theme which is no longer supported with a newer WordPress version, we will restore your WordPress website to the previous backed up version. We will then get in touch with you to find the best way to move around this issue. For example, we can contact and inform the plugin developer or find an alternative plugin for your website.

The main purpose of our website care plans is to keep your website maintained and secured. If your website gets hacked, firstly, we will restore the website to a previous backed up version. While doing so, we will also try to find out how the website was hacked. Many times, a vulnerability in the third-party theme or plugins lead to hacking of a WordPress website. We have created several additional security layers to secure the website even if there are vulnerabilities in the third-party theme/plugin files, however, this space can’t be controlled completely. After restoring your website to a previous version, we also try to get the latest content updates (if any) on the website after the last backup date and then remove the vulnerable plugin from your website with an alternate plugin/solution – after discussing it with you.
Yes, we offer website restores and malware cleanups for our newly signed-up care plan clients, however, you will have to signup for a minimum one-year subscription with us to qualify for the free website cleanup.
