This plan is best suited for websites that are taking off with an increase in user traffic to the website, and you need frequent changes on the website such as changing content on any of the website pages, adding new blog posts, optimizing images for better website speed performance.

*WordPress themes – if you use a premium purchased theme on your website, the purchase license number should be updated/activated in the backend. Your account access to the marketplace (from where you purchased the theme) may be required in case of major theme updates.

If you got your website custom developed from another development company or a developer with whom you don’t work anymore for whichever reason, we might not be able to keep the website theme updated. There are times when developers don’t use or follow industry WordPress coding standards in which case, the theme breaks when newer versions of WordPress CMS are released. In such a case, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

*WordPress plugins – if your website uses premium purchased plugins, the purchase license number should be updated/activated in the backend. Your account access to the various marketplace (from where you purchased the various plugins) may be required in case of major plugin updates.

If there is any plugin on your website which was custom built by the previous developer, we might not be able to support it. We will definitely offer an alternate solution to it if the same can’t be updated or breaks during an overall update process of your website.

Basic website speed optimization & image optimization – When you sign up with us, we will do a basic website audit for speed and security. All the images on the website will be optimized. If we find any major blockages in your website that hinder your website’s performance, we will let you know about it.

Website SEO audit report – Our WordPress website SEO experts will analyze your website and create a report on how optimized your current website is for the various search engines.

Unlimited 30 minutes task – Any task that will take 30 minutes or less is included in this plan. You can assign as many tasks to be completed on your website. These tasks can generally be handled within the WordPress admin panel of your website. For example adding or editing content like blog posts, WooCommerce products, pages, adding/changing menus and sidebar widgets, installing and activating plugins, changing colors of buttons, or any other website element, font style, font size, etc. Unlimited edits do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD (or other image files) to WordPress, or building out a new website on a subdomain.

If a task is going to take more than 30 minutes to be completed, we will let you know about it. We are happy to assist with more complex issues and discuss what kind of resolutions we can provide to best fit you or your client’s needs.

Please note: Only the tasks that are included in the above list will be executed in this plan. This plan doesn’t include any kind of search engine optimization, pay per click advertising (PPC), conversion rate optimization (CRO), or social media marketing.
